This is the sixth book in the Mafia Wars Series, a forbidden Dark Mafia Romance. I love this series of interconnected standalone stories. Liam and Hailee's story is captivating! Hailee is lovely, strong, and smart. Liam is ruthless, enigmatic, and protective. There is a lot going on in this story. I liked the action, and the twists and turns. Aaron Shedlock and Victoria Mei did a fantastic job with the narration. They are perfect as Liam and Hailee. They both have a beautiful voice, very pleasant to listen to. I HIGHLY recommend it! Looking forward to listening to Perfect Sinner, the next book in the Series!

Another Great Addition to the Series!

I've been desperate for Hailee and Liam's story since I first met them! This was incredibly fast paced, I couldn't read the words fast enough and yet I was desperate to savor every single one. The action was 10/10 as was the spice, the connection all of it. And now we see more of the Irish side of the world that Ms. Cole has created I cannot think of how much this series just levelled up. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.

Oh where to start with this book. With so much action adventure and continuous family feuds there’s not a dull moment. There’s lots of fascinating strong characters in this book that have been written so very well. An amazing performance from both Victoria and Aaron.
