I thought when I started this that I wouldn't identify with the "story" but I found that I was intrigued to find out more. With tips and hints on setting achievable goals and improving mindset it really aligned with where I am which is just starting on a health and fitness journey. I think it would suit people further down the line to as a good reminder to reinforce their goals.

Great advice, advanced coaching but super approachable. Akash Vaghela's insights are built from a career in guiding people to achieve their best. His lessons in this book are distilled into a practical and critically, simple way of applying those insights to your training, and many other aspects of your mindset.

If you struggle with fitness, or just don't know how to break down the problem and approach it, this is for you. It's a relatively short, but protein rich listen that is absolutely worth your investment.
