About this listen

The British Prime Minister's police protection unit has been infiltrated by rogue officers. The threat is unprecedented. For Novak and Mitchell, the consequences are unthinkable.

Prime Minister Angela Curtis faces a threat like never before: resign, or the British establishment will face three days of increasingly audacious terrorist attacks. But if Curtis wants to save lives—and her political career—she must confront the darkest secret from her past.

When fearless reporters Tom Novak and Stella Mitchell uncover evidence linking the attacks to the biggest story of their careers, they have one last chance at exposing a traitor at the heart of government. But this traitor won't go down without a fight. Or blood being spilled.

With a ruthless assassin on Novak and Mitchell's trail, the conclusion of an astonishing conspiracy is in sight. But the clock is ticking, and the stakes have never been higher—or more personal.

In this endgame, nobody is safe.

Traitor Games takes you from one thrilling sequence to the next, with Andrew Raymond's trademark diabolical twists. From the author of bestseller Official Secrets, don't miss out on Novak and Mitchell's most epic story yet.

If you like David Baldacci and BBC's Line of Duty and Bodyguard, this addictive series will leave you telling yourself ‘just one more minute'.

I enjoyed Rebecca's story line. The lengthy gun violence was confusing but it really a good story about treason.

Very interesting

Really enjoyed this book as I have the other Novak and Mitchell ones. Fast paced with twists and turns to keep you guessing. Excellent performance by narrator too. Keep up the good work Andrew.

Didn’t disappoint

I love Novak & Mitchell and these first three stories are superb. I kept thinking the plots were a bit far-fetched and then you hear things in the news to make you wonder who actually is in charge. It was good to get all the different story strands brought together and I hope that the next stories are as brilliant.

Just brilliant! So many twists and sub-plots !

a follow up story with these characters as they are so well rounded out in this story

the twists and turns of story and great accents for the different characters which made them easily identifiable

Action packed style book, swiftly moving through the story and characters involved. A bit Forsyth style but maybe too swiftly and although the author wanted to inject a lot of technical jargon, we missed the descriptive qualities I am used to of the characters, being an avid Le Carré and Gerald Seymour fan.
The listener is whisked through like an observer at a football match rather than as one of the players. I like to pick a character and immerse myself in that character, therefore I am used to 17 or 18 hrs of story listening or a weeks holiday somewhere quiet reading. But I found it hard to attach to any one character in this story and was there just a casual listener, with the story in the background whilst doing other tasks. When I get a really good story like the Gerald Seymour books you have to give it 100% to appreciate the intricacies and the characters. Same with Le Carré who descriptive powers of his characters was second to none.

Attention to detail and the twisting plot
