Summary

Douglas uncovers the underlying reasons for lack of consistency and helps traders overcome the ingrained mental habits that cost them money. He takes on the myths of the market and exposes them one by one teaching traders to look beyond random outcomes, to understand the true realities of risk, and to be comfortable with the "probabilities" of market movement that governs all market speculation.

Solid Psychological Guidance

A very interesting listen from start to finish. While new traders should definitely listen to this, they will likely need to get their niavity out of their system first.

Most important trading book I own!

I purchased this book several years ago when it was recommended to me. I wish I had read it then. The audible version of the book makes it much easier for me to complete a book cover to cover. This book is outstanding. Deals with the whole mental side of trading and to me that is 90% of trading. Highly recommend it!

The Final Piece in the Puzzle on Trading.

Wow! This book have change my trading execution and indecision when day trading. Refining the Psychology of the mind is pretty much the final piece to becoming consistent and holding more profit. A must have book if you already have a system in trading and decent knowledge on the market, but have problem with excecution and over analyzing. The narrator made this book enjoyable and very easy to listen.
