Toxic mindset is by far one of the biggest relationship killer. No matter who you are dealing with, your colleague, classmate, boss, love one even siblings. Not only that, it is a massive self destruction. The author states that the average person can have anywhere between 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day, and about 80 percent of those are negative!! this is super worrying and concerning! We unconsciously get used to negative thinking and that kills the way we see the world and interact with people. The reason I love this audio is its great capacity to address this issue in a very adequate and great manner. 5 simple steps to become the master of your thoughts, and improve your confidence and self-esteem! I enjoy it and I highly recommend.

I have always found that when good things are happening there is always a cautious negative thought in the back of my mind. I have never been able to fully quantify it before. Since listening to this audiobook i have a much greater comprehension of why we have negative thoughts and how to successfully combat them.

We all have our bad days were we can't think of anything good to say but if we allow negative thoughts to be common our dominant way of thinking our whole lives and those of people around us suffer. Some people (and I was one of them) viewed optimistic people as stupid and naïve but neither is the truth. Life is the good and the bad. However it is true that thinking positively will open the world to you and help you grab opportunities as they come along rather than shrinking back from life which is where negative thinking will eventually take you. If you want a simple pathway to choose your thoughts rather than have them choose you this book will get you there! I was particularly excited about the five steps to taking control! Highly recommended.

Some nice reminders about the detrimental effect that negative self talk can have on you. Written in a really simple effective manner, providing you with the tools to flip those habits. This is an ongoing daily process that I continue to work on so much of the material was already familiar to me. I would recommend if you are new to this topic and want an easy listen with practical tips.
