i listened to this series after the Blood Knight series, which has affected the review i feel. Blood Knight clearly shows the progression of the authorand feels overall a little more exiting. however, this is a fun and well envisioned story with a decent plot to keep you going. it is spicy here and there for sure but is also full of humour and interestibg characters. well worth a listen, the box set is great value.
