Nearing 30, he was hurtling towards a nervous breakdown and using payday loans to fund a burgeoning cocaine habit. His only choice was to finally relinquish control and ask for help. In doing so he discovered a life beyond his wildest dreams.

Reading this book has given me such a good perspective of an addicts mindset & the actions and behaviors I have come to know only too well. I appreciate Marks raw honesty & how important it is to tell the story of I guess a classic addict… u don’t necessarily have to end up on the street or on the heaviest of drugs to make an impactful story. This relatable insight is so helpful to others experiencing something similar. I’m going to listen to it again in the coming weeks.
