An easy story line to follow
An easy to follow story which I enjoyed. A little bit predictable towards the end, but still a book I would recommend. The only negative comment would be the narration, the American accent was irritating for me, but as the story went on I was able to zone out from it.

absolutely brilliant!
I loved this from the beginning to the end. The story was read perfectly by the narrator. The actual story was funny, witty and very lovely.

Relax... this book is worth your Full Attention
A story that many of us can relate to, with believable and very likeable characters and a great pace to the story. I savoured every moment of the story, giving it my full attention; and really enjoyed it and relaxed.
Narrator Gloria occasionally appeared to 'forget herself' and read at nineteen to the dozen, but only ever for a very short period of time.
I like to be fair and say as I find, for an informative review; hence the highest praise for this excellent book; while another, by a different Author; I've slated elsewhere. I'll be looking out for other books by Maxine Morrey

Dull and terrible accents
This book was prolonged. The accent for the boyfriend was comical and unrealistic. It felt as everything was happening in actual real-time. Serious editing needed

Light feel-good chick lit
