The book is great but there is a fair amount of subtle math involved and I had to pause/rewind quite often so probably it’s not the best format for the book.

Also, don’t know if it’s normal but the notes at the end are not read. I suppose it’s normal.

Only problem with that is that when I was reading my paper copy the notes included important clues about the math involved in the valuation of companies.

while the book doesn't go into huge amounts of detail on each topic (say for example like the original security analysis), it provides an extremely useful, thought provoking and concise summary of Buffett's philosphy. very well narrated and egaging. the structure is also great covering various qualitiative principle and examples of trades befoee moving into how his philosophy is still grounded in mathematics and how.

in short - highly recommended for long term value investors.

This is a great insite into an extraordinary man. As I've only recently got into dabling in the share market I was looking for some inspiration and guidelines. I certainly received this.
