This workshop audiobook was a catalyst to me becoming an artist and forming a relationship with the divine.

The workshops take a couple of goes but work so well you’ll be absolutely amazed.

If you’re curious about visionary art and how to access the altered states to perceive the divine without the need for substances.

Be sure to turn off your phone and give these practices the time and privacy they require to work. They won’t if you’re being stimulated by distractions

The best thing was Alex grey actually narrating this , love his insights but a lot of it was filled with meditation he recommends and uses. Was a bit disappointed as it took up a couple of end chapters , was hoping to hear more from him. But as I have not practiced the meditations he speaks about I cannot judge the relevance of them.
