Chair yoga is surprisingly effective and easy to stick with.
Honestly, I didn’t think chair yoga or wall Pilates would do much, but this audiobook totally proved me wrong. The moves are gentle and super easy to follow, but I could feel my body working, especially my core and posture muscles. I love that I don’t need any fancy equipment; just a wall and a chair, and I can do it all right in my living room. I really liked this book. It was easy to follow and covered a variety of topics including just how to do yoga and pilates. I learned a lot about health in general, the benefits of keeping fit as you get older, and even about nutrition and how that plays a part in overall health. The book is well-written and everything is explained very well. I would recommend giving it a listen if you want to start exercising at home.
