Honestly, I didn’t think chair yoga or wall Pilates would do much, but this audiobook totally proved me wrong. The moves are gentle and super easy to follow, but I could feel my body working, especially my core and posture muscles. I love that I don’t need any fancy equipment; just a wall and a chair, and I can do it all right in my living room.
