Whenever Jessica went into a tapping session, I did it. On one particular occasion the tapping worked so well, my 'cravings' (all the result of stress) fell away-- without me realising it until I found myself NOT reaching for snacks to pacify me.

Amazing book, and I always love when the author reads their work. As a woman I had so many "omg that's so me" moments. The only annoying thing is the chapter names are not visible in Audible app, leaving them just as chapter 1-17 where the numbers don't really match the real boom chapters (prephase being chapter 1, intro being chapter 2, chapter 1 being chapter 3 and so on). Audible should fix it.
