Are there people who don’t like condos? If so, why don’t they? This book will explain all of these questions in detail. Close to 10/10

GREAT book! I'm actually just finishing the book. my husband and I are going to buy a house in a few weeks! it's packed with information and simplified for someone like me who is totally clueless. Some very minor grammar mistakes, but otherwise they are to the point and helpful. I would recommend this!

This is helpful I would say. I feel much more comfortable and informed about how to approach the process after having listened to this book. I will likely revisit pieces of this as I go through the process myself.

Garbage

Sounds like a professional voice actor reading a middle school book report. I'm halfway through and so far I have encountered zero useful insight or actionable advice. The material, if it can even be called that, is repetitive and disorganized. Save your money. Don't fall for this pathetic cash grab.

Pretty useful...

I used the dream list to come up with my list of housing requirements. While I found the list difficult to use while looking at houses because it's long, it was still valuable to do the exercise so I had the right things in mind.
