I'm interested in the other things about this book, but my main reason for listening was the increased energy. I've been feeling so sluggish and started to wonder if it had anything to do with what or how I was eating. And I found out that, yeah. it's DEFINITELY a problem. I have really been eating foods that were sabotaging me. But I'm excited about the new things I read in here. And it doesn't seem like I'll be missing out too much, because there are a lot of foods I enjoy that I still can eat.

As we age it becomes harder and harder to lose weight due to slowing down of our metabolism. As well as this there are also many other benefits the book takes you through.
