This audiobook does a great job explaining the science and techniques, and emotional, hormonal, medical, and psychological considerations related to diet/weight control and intermittent fasting. I particularly liked the 'disproving intermittent fasting myths' section - since I have heard some of these in the past, but not the facts related to the myths. The recipe section has many good ideas, and several of them sound quite delicious. The meal planner would also be very helpful in order to actually implement the techniques. While this audiobook is especially geared to women, most of the principles apply well to men, also.
