I'm really enjoying this different take on the usual zompoc fare. but I had to give it another go as it just didn't sit with what I wanted initially. so I gave it another go and so glad I did. really enjoyed it, tho RJ Bray does help a lot 😎

I bought this book because I like zombie books. but really it's more about military jargon than zombies. I did like the zombie set up and their intelligence and did fi ish the first book of the series. I'm half way through the second but but I can really stomach anymore references to the design or capabilities of any more military gear. Very few of the characters are likeable or memorable. so I've stopped. I recommend this book if you like factual details about US weapons and tactics. if you are more like me and like books about dealing with a zombie outbreak then it might not be for you.
