This was sweet and suspenseful. The storyline is progressing slowly in to a nice ending.

I'm so happy that we get Jayne's story in The Promise after meeting him in the previous book dealing with an abusive ex, young baby and brother under his care.
On a rare night out he meets Caleb and Everett, two alphas who are already in a relationship together (though not out to their families) but all does not go according to plan. The care and security that they provide Jayne really touches him and when things really turn against him, he takes them up on their offer of help.
I love a good MMM romance and Piper Scott has written this one fantastically well. Jayne is no meek omega looking to be cared for. He is strong and independent, fighting for every inch and Caleb and Everett give it to him willingly. The two alphas have been life long best friends and a couple for several years. Never quite smooth sailing for them together, Jayne gives them that little bit extra that they were looking for that compliments each man and allows him to really shine. Together as a triad, they are exceptional. A lot of fun, sexual tension, heat and care, it's a wonderful journey that they all go on together. Who knew that make up could be quite that hot?! Of course, there is also the fabulousness that is the Single Dad's Support chat group, constantly providing laughs throughout the book. I love the links that are emerging as we go through the series that come up between some of the characters.
Definitely a recommended book/series!
Michael, again, is amazing with his narration. As we've gone through the series and so many characters have been added, I'm in awe of how he provides the voices and personalities for them all. Each brings their own impact to the story and is carried perfectly throughout the story. The plot and characters are really engaging from start to finish and I can't wait to see what the next book brings us.

Really great story. Piper Scott and Michael Ferraiuolo are always a great combination. I loved Jayne, Caleb and Everett and how well they meshed together. The voice choices were spot on, especially Jayne - he was definitely my favourite. I love the chat between all the single dads. Would 100% recommend this series, and pretty much any collaboration between these two!

I love this story so much and it's even better in audio. After meeting Jayne in the previous book, I definitely wanted his story, and I love that he got his HEA with Everrett and Caleb. This was a truly well written MMM relationship, and even though two of the people involved were already in a relationship, it never felt off balanced. I loved seeing familiar faces from past books and past series, this is probably best enjoyed if you've read all the previous SDSG books as will as the His Command Series (although the His Command series is definitely not necessary). All around a good story with lots of heart and plenty of laugh out loud moments, done perfectly by Michael Ferruiolo's amazing narration!

This was another great addition to the series and really, if you haven't read the previous books you're really missing out. --

Jayne, Caleb, and Everett are perfect for each other. Caleb and Everett being Jayne's knights in shiny armor and Jayne being perfect to complete Caleb and Everett and provide them with what had been missing in their relationship. They're fun and hot and they seemed on very equal footing in their relationship.--

I adored every single chat between the Single Dads, they're so much fun. I can't wait for Knot's story!--

Michael Ferraiuolo did an outstanding job with Jayne, Caleb, Everett, and all the supporting cast, and he has such a great comedic timing, making the story come to life for me.
