Good overview of the subject
The first half of the book focusses on Cryogenics (probably why it ended on my wishlist) - so if you aren't interested in that subject, this may not be for you. However if you ARE interested in Cryogenics I'd recommend the podcast Frozen Heads, which I think used this book as a source.
