When I am looking for self-help tools, I do not exactly know what is the difference between CBT and DBT and so on. And I am not sure which one is the right tool to help me. This audiobook is exactly what I need because it consists of 10 different tools and techniques to help work with emotional healing and improving mental health. It is like an all-in-one book for every therapy you can find. I have heard of some techniques in this book, but others are new to me, I am glad to learn more about them, and this book helps me find what suits me.

This year's resolution is all about the inside and not the outside. I have the gym thing down, but I still have so much self-doubt and negative talk.
