Great book, and excellent vizualisation techniques
Need to Index chapters in book to make it easier to find relevant exercises. Easy to follow, however once found.

Extremely good book
If you are looking for a book about visualization you will not find better one.
The book is based on scientific researches and written by very good psychologist.
Most visualization book are written by funny spiritual gurus who lost connection with reality and base their ideas on something ridiculous.
