Dr Gundry has written a solid book here. Whilst I do not always agree with some of the advice he gives during his online videos, I found this to be a good read with good health recipes. I have now been peeling and de-seeding cucumbers for a while now, and more often than not, I always de-seed my tomatoes. Simple changes can make big impacts. I bought this after reading the Plant Paradox. More of his books have also been read since. A good investment for sure.

You can easily get the 132 page PDF by going to the Audible website on a laptop - you won’t find it on the app. Audible could make this more obvious but the book is definitely not worth it unless you have these 132 pages - it’s where all the detail is!
