I loved this book! It is the first time reading anything by this author. The conversation between Gideon and the Uncle over mourning attire and Brummel had me laughing out loud! Looking forward to listening to the rest. Very amusing and great writing!

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I thought Prudence began to become quite unlikeable in the middle but i began to like her near the end!

It is well read and an excellent novel. The only slight problem is the lack of pause between the captures.

Such a pity that what was essentially a good story line was spoiled by the dreadful monotone of the reader. Her voice didn't change even in the romantic moments.
