Anxiety is becoming very common and the last time I was taking a medicine I felt it and I did not like all. I like the way the author explained how to body and the brain interact and how to calm our mind, it is very disturbing when the anxiety showed up. The tips how to manage it and the healthy habits are good, I liked a lot.
