My high school age daughter is having problems with overthinking and being stuck. This guide uses tried and medically tested techniques to change how she thinks. She now feels like she can make decisions and no longer stuck in a rut. The book uses different techinques so if one way doesnt vibe there are others. She did not jive with some but is thriving with others. Great book.

This audiobook offers a gentle but practical guide for working through OCD challenges. The voice is clear and steady which makes it easy to listen for long stretches without feeling overwhelmed. The mix of CBT, ERP, ACT, and mindfulness is explained in simple steps that feel doable even for beginners. Some sections move a little slowly and repeat ideas but the repetition can actually make the tools easier to remember. It feels more like a coach than a textbook and gives solid strategies that can be used right away.

Supportive and Easy to Follow
