I listened to this on audible and loved it. I have been waiting patiently for this to drop in my audible library. I always like when the books are narrated by the authors themselves. It's always a bonus when the author has a 'listenable voice' and his voice did not disappoint me. Learned so much from Joey's book and I especially enjoyed the sleep section. It felt as if he was talking 'with me' and not 'at me' so I felt I really took in all the great advice he was offering.

A truly inspiring book from a great professional, obviously hugely passionate about his subject and genuinely wants to help people.
