About this listen
Everyone thinks my husband is dead. Just like we planned…
Eleven years ago, my husband disappeared. Eleven long hard years I waited, my heart breaking for our son, who didn’t know his father was coming back.
Today, my hands shake as I try to understand what I’ve just learned: my husband has a new wife. This wasn’t part of our plan.
Eleven years ago, my husband made a terrible mistake. I sacrificed everything to help him fix it. But now he’s put our son and me in danger again.
We had a plan. He broke the rules. But who will pay the price?

Full of Twists
A twisty turny mystery thriller had me guessing right to the end and all tied nicely and beautifully narratord.

Gripping
Love her books-maybe a bit to much going back in time-characters became a bit confused. Still a great read

An okay thriller
An okay thriller, not more than that. It was too unbelievable, a bit boring but I managed to finish it. The narration was good. All in all, 3 stars from me.

Easy listening fast paced thriller
I used to live in Nottingham so I enjoy the references to local places. Good story, well written, highly addictive.

Not kl staters best.
I generally really like KL Slater, but this was we if the mark. Beginning was good, interesting and I enjoyed the expansion and prospect of everyone being flawed, but it got so confusing, convenient and just outlandish that I really lost interest by the end. It was ok .
