I'll admit that I was sceptical when I was recommended this book. But then, when I started each and every practice I started noticing gradual changes in my mindset and consequently my life. Things that I thought were going to be a struggle, suddenly weren't anymore. It's genuinely made a magnificent difference to my life and made me realize how incredibly lucky I am. Will continue with the other books because this one has truly changed my life for the better.
