I went into this audiobook expecting legal intrigue, but what I got was a heart pounding mix of espionage, deception, and moral dilemmas. The main character is thrown into a dangerous web of secrets, where loyalty is tested, and survival isn’t guaranteed. I found myself questioning every character’s motive, and just when I thought I had it figured out bam! Another twist. I downloaded this on a whim during a long flight and ended up completely hooked. The pacing kept me wide awake (which is rare for me), and the narrator really nailed the tension. Felt like I was on the edge of something big the whole time. Now I’m seriously invested and need the next one, asap.
