I'm flat into this audio book.. so so good and so useful when you want the skills to lose fat.. great shout out to the brilliant Paul dermody also 👏 informative read but without boring the head off me. practical tips and lots of relatable stories (yes, I need the stories 😄) a one stop shop..

I eagerly awaited the arrival of this book on Audible. I am a supporter of Brian's and have been on workshops and bought the books however I have a huge mental block when it comes to sitting down and reading. The audiobook has made it easy for me to complete the book and through a slight outlook adjustment I am now enjoying books again.

This book for someone like me,looking to sharpen the saw and understand why I do the things I do, has been invaluable.

There's parts of the book that have really resonated with my own personal journey of self growth and understanding Nutrition.

I will happily listen to this book again and again rather than sitting down and forcing myself to read it.

As a yo yo dieter in my day this book covers all aspects of food,fitness and mindset.
This not a one size fits all this is Brian giving you the tools to help you find what works for you.
His use of examples and quotes with added wit keep you engaged throughout.
His knowledge is impressive and addictive I can’t to see what’s coming next.
