I've listened to this over a dozen times now, Each time I listen something else resonates within me. I spend a lot of time in traffic, which enables me to use that time to improve my mindset, I'm actually disappointed if the motorways are clear. Thanks to this book!

No, I never pick up a book or listen and limit myself in completing it in a set amount of time, good books are all too soon over, and when that happens I listen again and again so I ingrain the knowledge I want to take in and apply.

I found this to be a great explanation of the 3 Principles (first expounded by Syd Banks). The inside out perspective is very simple yet wholly profound. If you are interested in personal growth and psychology, definitely get this book.

Enjoyed this quite funny at times I would recommend listening in a relaxing state with an open mind there’s no instruction as no instruction is needed for returning to your natural self sufficient state of being.

I read this then listened to it straight away as the idea is to let it wash over you. I'm glad I did this. I didn't find it inspiring like other self help books. I found quotes that stuck out to Micheal, not ones that stuck me in any way. however I'm intrigued and will listen to his over books and more on this approach
