What a beautiful story. Runs through all the emotions, from incredibly hot to heart-breaking and deals with some really difficult topics (domestic violence) really sensitively. Wonderfully narrated as well by K.A Walsh.

This is an emotional journey of surviving abuse and it's traumatic trail of destruction. Falling in love and learning to trust is as frightening as being abused. A beautiful romance can survive everything and help the wounds to slowly heal. 💖

I have all Melissa Tereze books and this is another excellent novel.
agegap/workplace romance, but a dark undertone of domestic violence (I spent my entire childhood in such a household)

but the best tribute to this book is the brilliant performance by k.a.walsh, this is acting at it's highest excellence. I can only find 2 books by her, but will expect her to be in high demand soon.
