great book on business principles
having already read the biography from Ashley Vance I was actually quite impressed with the insights given here by Randy Kirk very good book on learning more about what makes you don't such a successful entrepreneur

A Fascinating Insight into Elon Musk and Business
This book not only explores the development of Elon Musks as an entrepreneur, but also his early development, influences, obvious genius, facisnations and evolving ideas, but what the differences are between managers, business owners and entrepreneurs. Randy explores the key approachs used in any small or large buisness venture. He maps out what helps us move from idea to action while valuing, tapping into and utilising all available resources, such as people, skills, research and how to maximise the incoming data and feedback.
The key message is that its the passion, enthusiasm and curiosity that is the natural driving force, for not only having the energy for endless pursuit, focus, problem solving and decision making but creating somthing that brings great satisfaction and purpose to all involved.
