All the characters and relationships are so good . Great story following on from the others . The narrator is just incredible !

Very much enjoyed this one. I had missed it’s release and so it had been a while since listening to the series, and it all came flooding back! Colin is an absolutely fantastic narrator, he brings the book to life and takes you on the rollercoaster of emotions written into the pages.

I’m not sure what it is about this series; is it the way it’s written? Is it the way it’s narrated? I have no idea but it grates on my nerves and I say “no more I’m not getting the next one. I can’t do another 16 hrs of cringing” But here I am 3 books into the series and I will probably get the next one when I’ve forgotten how bad I thought this one was written but I will need to find out what’s next.

Absolutely brilliant story read, as ever, by the multi voiced Colin Morgan. Very highly recommended.

Every bit as good as book 1 and I still can't wait for more. I read people's complaints about the sex scenes in this book but honestly can't agree with them, when one of your best characters is a sex addict it's hard to avoid the subject entirely but I don't feel that it is ever overdone or overly graphic so unless you are a complete prude I wouldn't be put off by those reviews. an extremely entertaining, funny and yes sometimes dark and moving series, all of human nature is covered here.
