If you are over 40 your diet needs will change.

if you re looking to get in shape after 40 it is tough to get in shape but it doesn't have to be. You just need to change the way you manage your diet, you need a system. This book will provide you that system. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to get in shape over 40.

Detailed and easy to do

After turning 50, I was looking for resources to tackle hormones and weight, and this audiobook delivered. Everything is in this book about your diet

The author is a Doctor and she definitely knows her stuff about diets and healthy eating. Everything from why water is so important, diet diaries, constipation, exercise, sodium, food allergies and so much more. Information tools that really jumped out at me were different hacks to combat hunger. If you are trying to trim up and just be a healthier you, then this book will show you the ways to achieve your goals.

Wow!

This was a very engaging and well-narrated listen. I enjoyed discovering the practical diet and exercise tips specifically which, although directed at women over 40, I can definitely use as a 30something. A great book with hacks to to loss fat

This is an easy to read and understand hacks and choose the one you like and will suit your personality.Dr Amanda went further to break down to suit the different body parts that one wants to lose some fat. She also shared tricks to manage gaseous food
