Scary!!!
Parents please check out this story before your children listen to it as this really scared my daughter especially if they listen to it before bed. I had an histerical little girl as she was so scared about black eyes under her bed last night, definitely more for a teenager.

fantastic book
loved this book. our whole family (5 and 8 yr old) all engrossed. loved the reading too, brilliant intonation and suspense. we also loved that Tom himself added comments throughout the story. thank you 😊

Quite sweet!
I haven't read a kids' story in ages but this one reminded me of how good it feels to let my mind rest and just enjoy a simple adventure. Although this one wasn't quite as simple as one might have expected. It was brilliantly written and had all the fun expected from a children's book. I adored the audible experience so much. They made it sound like a bed story time and the fact that Tom made an appearance here and there made it all even more enjoyable.
