We've all met toxic people and sometimes managed to get entangled in relationships with them. Learning the red flags and behaviours is essential to avoid repeating these mistakes and getting yourself into another. This book outlines what to look out for and avoid but more importantly helps you work on yourself to set boundaries, say no and be assertive when required.

I will be sending this book to my daughter and recommend it to anyone else looking to avoid just the wrong kind of person in their life!
