Summary

Survival tips for times of stress:

1. Take deep breaths.
2. Count to 10.
3. Eat chocolate.

Lucy thought she had got her happily ever after with the gorgeous Aidan, but things aren't turning out the way she hoped they would. But she's not the only one with problems - Autumn's new boyfriend has yet to meet her parents; Nadia's husband has sworn he's given up gambling, but she's finding that hard to believe; and Chantal is doing all she can to save her marriage. It's clear that these girls are going to need a lot of chocolate.

Pathetic!

One of the worst books I have (tried to) read. The story is pathetic, the characters are pathetic, really not worth the trouble.

I love chocolate and read the first one of these books years ago. The second disappoint me either. Hopefully there’s a third……… 😊 🍫

Another great story from Carole Matthews

After finishing the first book I was keen to listen to the next instalment, I wasn't disappointed in the tale, though I felt that Nadia's story could have been explored more thoroughly. There wasn't as many laugh out loud moments as the first book but I enjoyed the twists and turns of Lucy's journey with Marcus and Crush.

Disappointingly, the narrator seemed to change the character's voices, especially Chantal who loses her american accent.

Onto the next book....

As delicious as the first one

These books make me smile so much. Just about to get the third one. If you fancy a light hearted and fun listen, then these books are for you. The narrator is excellent too.

Slightly depressing - no romantic comedy here..

Spoilet alert!!!! This is not a detailed review but it might still reveal too much, please be warned. :)

This book is like a re-run of the first one, the same things happen all over again but soo much sadder. I haven’t even finished it yet but I am not sure I will manage..
