When I first started listening to this book, I was quite excited. The introduction and explanation of what the book would be about made me curious however it isn’t written well. The author feels the need to give so many statistics that I quickly became disengaged. I made it my mission to complete the book in which I was disappointed and dissatisfied. Especially when he began to talk about diet
(don’t eat sugar or flour anymore)
(eat 7 fruit and veg everyday)
(eat fish every day, but only the type of fish high in omega 3 and low in toxins)
