I like the story. it's good.
in line with other books from the author. but...
the audio is frustrating. it's like it's been sped up badly. some bits are ok, but some bits are abit odd, like it's being read by a computer.

Took a few chapters to get into it but well worth pushing on as the rest of the book was full of light hearted laugh out loud moments which transported you to a different world.

I was worried it was gonna be a cheesy rom com but it was a really nice book. I will definitely listen to it again in the future. I’ve been feeling down lately and this really lifted my spirits.
