Short but worthwhile.
This is a very brief introduction to Core Shamanism as described by Michael Harner and others. As such the content is a little less than 1.5 hours, however the second chapter is a shamanic drumming track which can be used over and over again for your journeys.

Great introduction to the journeying practice
Loved the journey, the directions were clear and easy to follow. It was powerful will be doing it again and building my relationships and getting more acquainted with shamanic practices.
