The information provided in this book will provided you with a head-start to becoming an investor. A wealth of information.I would recommend this book to anyone on the real estate investing path. There's tons of good information
Straight forward information and advise. Clear, simple direction on how to begin and easy to listen. I didn't lose interest as with other books that seem to feel the need to give multiple examples on one thought

There is detail about pretty much all avenues of real estate investing. The explanations are spot on. Examples are given for easy understanding and the book flows very well from one subject to the next.
