I bought the audio book because I struggled to get through the kindle version as I have a young family and lots of commitments... Listening to this became my me time, there is so much to learn from this and it is a much-needed book for our time. For me, as a mother, it really helped me to re frame my thinking and I made some changes that I thought would cause me issues (such as adjusting the way that I work) but it did the opposite Alhamdulillah. I really would recommend this, you don't need to be an executive to benifit from this!
