This is like an expanded version of his 'Awakening Course' and contains the same PDF.

To be honest, as much as I like Joe Vitale, some of his content is a bit repetitive -- you know you're going to get a section on Hoʻoponopono for instance, and you know you're going to get sections where you just listen to meditations.

My other objection to this presentation is his incomplete knowledge of Autism, claiming how someone was 'cured' of all symptoms as a result of them doing the clearing work. The modern understanding on ASD is that it isn't a disability, it's a different ability -- a different wiring of the brain -- and 'cures' can often teach people to mask the social issues associated with the condition, rather than resolve them properly, which then increases the risk of acquiring other mental health conditions.

I have no doubt that spiritual work does help people and does change the outcome of some very difficult problems -- but I do think the lens through which we view autism would benefit from a big overhaul.

Apart from that, it's all good and it's a reasonably good listen -- but maybe not so much if you've listened to the man before.
