Everyone should own a copy!

This book is refreshingly common-sense, no fads here! The life-changing content is delivered with simplicity and clarity; it’s been written to be accessible to all. I love it!

Practical applications

This book got me fired up to get after it and add more structure to my life. You can start applying the techniques and suggestions right away.

great series!!

Love that I'm now able to listen to some of my favorite kindle books via Audible, I usually put them on in the train on my way to work, listen to 1 chapter, and then ponder about the daily exercise. Turns a boring commute into valuable me-time :)

The advice in this book was nothing I didn't knew, but did a great job in filling that gap between knowing you have to do something and actually doing it. I really appreciate the 21 day challenge concept, it works for me. I'm in week 2 of the stress management challenge and I've seen a significant improvements in both sleep and, unexpectedly, my productivity.

The narration was easy to follow for a non-native English speaker.

Nice concept

I do two jobs, aside that, I have to keep the house and tend to the needs of the family as well. This book has made me understand the need to take a break and not get over worked in all I do. The author was right in stating the fact that stress cannot be avoided as she made it clear saying "we don't want to get rid of stress. Not at all. But we do want to manage it." Sometimes, stress is beneficial in things such as motivation, adaptation and reactions even excitement. The issue is that too much of it, however, is a bad thing that can lead to depression, heart attacks, ulcers, fights and everything in between. My favorite suggestions to manage stress were reserving time for self-care, treating yourself with a massage, cuddling with our special someone(that is so soothing) and knowing that we don't have to be perfect.

It’s a must for everyone to listen to

This is one of the most sensible & informative books I’ve ever listened to in subject of healthier lifestyle

worth the read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

one of my favourite series

I think this is a great read for those who are just off-track in their lives; a great way to kind of evaluate your life as a whole. If you notice any signs of stress that has gotten out of hand, this book does a great job of giving you steps to facilitate that change.

Well written and thought-provoking. Not preachy, just informative and enlightening.
