I've read a lot of books on the topic and this is by far the most inclusive and to the point stress reduction book out there. Each chapter gave me nuggets of information and ideas that I have already started incorporating into my everyday life.

The narration by Francie Wyck was pleasant to listen to.

This book contains a lot of practical advice in a non overwhelming way for one to develop new habits and reduce stress. Many we know we should do, but don't.. The author shows you how easy it is to remake your life and get your priorities straight. In bite size chapters she shows you how to eliminate the bad habits that are harming you and replace them with good behaviors and tactics that will allow you to become more productive and resilient.
