Summary

Everyone downloads apps on their phones or computers. Do they ever read the “Terms and Conditions”? Do they just check that they did and agree to them? Is the “legalese” just too bothersome? After all, it’s just an app, right?

Computer whiz and self-confessed “geek” J.T. finds that the answer to that question is a perilous “no”. He explores the nature of an increasingly popular app, as his girlfriend and many others innocently fall into the diabolical trap it sets for the unsuspecting.

J.T. engages in a technological battle of wits against a formidable and very experienced foe; an enemy he cannot bring himself to acknowledge.
