These methods are so appealing, people love having these alternative ways from the society way. The author covers when certain areas are tapped the imbalances in the heart, body, mind, emotional blocks but experience lighter emotions and physical relief. When we balance out our energy system, we can have relief and be more in tune with our emotions and negative patterns. Rather than viewing failure or fear, we can understand these statements that growth comes from the ashes of our life. Its kinda like, when we are at our lows, theres no other place to go but up. But spending time with ourselves and doing these breathing techniques and zoning within we can truly have a wonderful personal experience. I understand a whole lot more now, this is more than taking time away from our busy lives, this is about choosing to take care of yourself and gaining that internal strength we all need.

This is an amazing audiobook because you can listen to it while you practice the exercises. I had never heard of EFT or tapping before but I tried it while listening to the audiobook and it really is enlightening because it works. I like how the science behind it is explained, how it works, and the results you can expect - which is connecting the mind and body to relieve anxiety and stress. There really is something to these ancient practices! The exercises are simple, and well-explained so there's no fear of doing them incorrectly. I'm a convert now, and I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone that can't seem to change the stress in their lives because this will definitely help.
