This was so sweet and swoony! I absolutely adore Mason, he is such a sweetheart, he is fun loving and caring. I love the way Mason & Mila’s relationship started out, it was friendship and happiness. They have the best chemistry and passion. I love how vulnerable they are with each other.

I loved this story. Loved the dynamic of the group and how there relationship technically when Lexi was born.

I loved the girls and Alec relationship and totally understand it reading the next generation first.

I love how Mason steps up but doesn’t over step. I love that Mila is strong and independent.

Takedown is book three in the Fighting Love series and I have really been enjoying this series. I was very excited to get Mason's story and Mason and Mila have been a long time coming given how they met.

Mason is a famous UFC fighter who spends his days training and his nights with different women, never taking any of them too seriously. He is a loyal friend and an amazing uncle. He has a complicated past and family life, something that has greatly impacted his self esteem and his outlook on relationships.

Mila is a single mom. She had her son when she was young and she is now divorced. She doesn't want to settle and she wants romance and love. She is hardworking and a wonderful mother. She sees Mason as a total player and not someone she would ever be with.

Life has a funny way of working out, and sometimes you end up with the thing you didn't even know you needed. I really liked both Mila and Mason as the main characters and I adored Alec. I liked all of them together. Though Mason struggled to believe in himself, he was an amazing person to all the people in his life and didn't give himself nearly enough credit. I found this story very engaging and highly enjoyable and I love this group of friends. The one thing I struggled with this book was the repetitiveness of the issues mentioned in relation to Mason and his past etc. I felt like it just became too much after awhile. The book was still enjoyable and I really enjoyed the narration. Both Avery Reid and Christian Leatherman did a fantastic job bringing this story to life. Loved the dual narration of Avery Reid and Christian Leatherman.

Mason is man who beds women at every chance he gets. With not thought of settling down, One woman keeps popping into his mind. Mila a single mother of a single boy. She seems to be everywhere and he loves her boy. Mila knows she needs a forever kind of man and not the hot MMA fighter Mason. Mila knows he isn't the man for her. So when they end up in Vegas after a night she can't seem to forget.
This book will laughing and crying.
