I love how Maddie and Owen get their second chance!
Owen is such a hot-book boyfriend. I loved him instantly, and watching Maddie fall in love with home all over again is wonderful.
Overall loved it all.

This is a really adorable story. I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would if I was being honest with myself. I also couldn't possibly have predicted the ending even if I tried. This is a second chance romance. The only flaw I see is there are several references to the past but it's kind of a thing that falls flat. The drama that's supposed to be there just isn't. That could be a me thing though.

I’m really enjoying this series. Each book can be stand-alone yet the wish to find out what will happen next and to whom will keep me invested in the Boys of the bayou and their shenanigans.

This audiobook version was Maddie and Owen’s story and was packed with emotions. I would love to visit this place and go a tour with these characters. It was heartwarming to follow Maddie through her life changing decisions and see her flame for Owen be reignited.

It was awesome hearing two new narrators who really encompassed the characters. I thought they really sounded like what I thought they would sound like. I’m in love with the Landry’s and am excited for the next book. Really liked the segue way into the next book too! Can’t wait!
