I was very interested in this book because I have just been tired lately and wanted to know more about sleep to figure out why. I really liked the explanation of sleep positions and their pros and cons. While I have always heard you should get 8 hours of sleep per night it was interesting to hear that there is a range that varies person to person - and that quality is better than quantity. The approach of having a weekly target for number of sleep cycles is a real breakthrough for me - because I have a variety of commitments day to day the idea that I can vary when I get different amounts of sleep and still get what I need works really well. Overall this book provided me with a lot of good information that I will be using to improve my sleep habits. Highly recommend.

Having slept badly for my whole life, I wanted to increase my energy and start feeling more motivated by life, and little did I know, until I listened to this audio, that it all starts with good sleep! I didn't even know what good sleep was until I listened to this audible and the chapter about common sleep problems, helped me diagnose a long running sleep condition! I went to the Dr after listening to that chapter and explained I thought I might have those conditions, he agreed and we've started taking the appropriate action to help with it and I can safely say, my energy has gone through the roof, that's only with a few weeks decent sleep! If you are interested in being the best version of yourself, it starts with sleep! Highly recommended.
