The passion and knowledge of Darin to enhance our knowledge of what we put inside our bodies is so authentic and compelling. This book made me question how I have taken so much for granted and so far paid such little attention to how I can optimise my well-being through food and drink.

Truly thought provoking, eye opening and life changing in equal measures. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to question their own assumptions on diet and the impact of the ‘modern western diet’ on their health, energy, mental wellbeing and the planet.

There are so many ideas all backed up with the science behind them, some more extreme than others but even if only one of them resonates it is highly likely to make a positive impact.
