Not quiet at all :(

The sudden odd noises are very distracting and not at all what you would expect during meditation.

The opposite of relaxation

all I can say is, of all the great sleep & relaxation stories on here, when I tried this one, the music & narrator's voice were like bees in my ear! I keep going back to Tea Shoppe, that works in 5 minutes or less every time!

so close to 10/10

the first voice feels tired. its like the woman has had a hard day and is doing her best to sound good but just is to much out of steam to pull through.

Startled me awake

It helped me relax and fall asleep but then the screaming wave sound came and startled me awake.

not bad

i thought it would play the same sounds but it switched up and did different breathing techniques and different sounds. couple times I actually was almost asleep I think and then woke or tomorrow we're again when they started talking again
